Desktop Application & Game Data

We understand that privacy is critical for gaming tools. Here is how our Desktop Assistant software handles your data:

  • Local Processing OnlyThe software analyzes game visuals (screenshots) locally on your computer's memory to perform automation tasks. We do NOT upload screenshots, video feeds, or game logs to our servers. All image processing happens 100% offline on your device.
  • No Game CredentialsOur software never asks for, collects, or stores your game account password or login session tokens.
  • Minimal Server CommunicationThe desktop app only connects to our servers to: (1) Validate your subscription license, (2) Check for software updates, and (3) Fetch public configuration data (like item filters).

Website Information Collection

Personal Data

When creating an account, we collect your email address and authentication provider ID (e.g., Google ID). We use this solely to identify you and manage your subscription.

Hardware Identifier

To prevent license sharing and abuse, our desktop software may generate a unique, anonymous hardware hash (Machine ID) derived from your system components. This ID is used strictly for license binding and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. This service uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data (e.g., pages visited, session duration). You can opt-out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-Party Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party companies to facilitate our Service:

  • Paddle.comOur Merchant of Record. They process all payments and handle tax compliance. We do not store your credit card details.
