3. User License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the software for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Payments and Billing

Payment Processing: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the software license has been activated, except where required by law.

6. Interaction with Third-Party Software

Our Service interacts with third-party applications as an overlay. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the creators of these third-party applications.
